We made radish hot sauce for my brother for his birthday.
We cut up radishes

Lots of radishes:

and added thai chilies, jalapenos, and garlic:

and put them into Mason jars with MasonTops and pickle pipes.

Put in the refrigerator and wait a week.

Should have used a blender instead of hand wand to blend them;

Add a little vinegar

Strain and bottle.
